Classic rock, humor, and unabashedly liberal political views are what you'll hear each week on The School of Rock! If you lament that the folks you listen to just won't say it out loud, fear not: This show is for you! The hosts call out the hypocrisy and idiocy of the current administration each week, adding in their own unique brand of humor to keep you up-to-date while chuckling as well!
The current line-up for the show is The Reverend, The Budman, Special Chad, and Bakeaholic. The musical mission of the School of Rock is to make sure that the true classics are never forgotten, and that all good music from the 50s through the early 90s gets aired, regardless of whether it was a huge hit or a seldom-heard deep track!
As the flagship show, the School of Rock is the legacy program on Spirit of Resistance Radio, having started originally on broadcast radio in the Summer of 2012. Since then, it moved to its home here on our station and has become a regularly-scheduled year-round event every week! Currently, it's scheduled Thursdays from 7-10pm Eastern US time, so tune in and join the hosts for a new show every week!
